BMORE Good Co. is a Baltimore-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that brings people together through volunteer opportunities, social events, and community outreach.
We believe making a difference should feel welcoming, meaningful, and accessible. Our events give people an opportunity to support their community while meeting new friends, trying new experiences, and building genuine connections.

What We Do
Volunteer Opportunities
We organize hands-on service projects that support local nonprofits, community organizations, and Baltimore residents. Our initiatives may include donation drives, care-kit projects, neighborhood cleanups, meal-service events, and other activities based on community needs.
Social Events
We host fun and welcoming experiences where people can meet, connect, and build friendships. These events may include picnics, field days, kayaking adventures, creative activities, and other community-centered gatherings.
Wellness and Connection
We create opportunities that encourage movement, mindfulness, and connection. Activities such as our walking club, group breathwork, and outdoor events allow participants to take care of themselves while building community.
Community Outreach
We collaborate with local organizations, small businesses, volunteers, and community leaders to provide resources, increase awareness, and support people throughout Baltimore.
Meet the Founder
Cecilia Frias-Flores is the founder of BMORE Good Co., a Baltimore-based nonprofit created to bring people together through social experiences, community service, and meaningful connections.
The idea for BMORE Good Co. began at Cecilia’s housewarming party, where she asked everyone to present their favorite conspiracy theory. Some of her friends were meeting for the first time, and she loved watching everyone laugh, connect, and feel comfortable being themselves.
A few months later, Cecilia and her friends organized a giving-back event and created 100 essential-care kits for people experiencing homelessness in support of Health Care for the Homeless. Seeing people come together for a meaningful purpose filled her heart even more.
Cecilia began searching for an organization that combined fun social events with opportunities to give back and build lasting connections. When she could not find exactly what she envisioned, she decided to create it—and BMORE Good Co. was born.
As a Puerto Rican born to Dominican parents, Cecilia believes her desire to make people feel welcomed and cared for comes from her roots and upbringing. She is passionate about creating spaces where people can come exactly as they are, be themselves, have fun, and make a positive difference.
Her hope is that everyone leaves a BMORE Good Co. event knowing they helped someone in need—and with at least one new friend.
Her rules are simple: have fun, bring good energy, and be part of the good.
